Is a deep cleaning necessary?
We recommend a 1st deep cleaning for all new clients. This way, it helps us help you maintain the house in good condition. A deep clean is also suggested once a year.
Do I need to stay home during the cleaning?
That is a customer preference. If the customer decides to go out we will make sure all lights and home appliances are turned off as well windows and doors to be locked before our departure.
What if I'm not satisfied with the service?
If there is a time that you are not satisfied with the cleaning, we will come back and address the concerns and the areas of concern.
What products do I need?
We provide a list of recommended products. All our products have been tested and used for years. However, if you desire or prefer other products, we can adapt as well.
Are there extra services available?
YES! We offer extra services like deep cleaning the fridge, organizing the bed, and cleaning the windows. For more information, please visit our services section.
Can I cancel my cleaning appointment?
We have a 12-hour policy cancellation without penalty. So we can accommodate our schedule.
